Product Strategy &amp; Domain Ownership</strong></h3><ul><li>Own the vision, roadmap, and strategy for Financial Reconciliation product line (AP/AR).</li><li>Identify high-impact automation opportunities across workflows such as:<ul><li>Invoice processing &amp; validation</li><li>Accounts payable reconciliation</li><li>Accounts receivable matching &amp; collections</li><li>Bank and ledger reconciliation</li><li>Exception handling and dispute resolution</li></ul></li><li>Bring strong understanding of:<ul><li>ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)</li><li>Financial workflows and controls</li></ul></li><li>Translate operational pain points into AI/automation-led product features.</li></ul><hr><h3><strong>2. Product Development &amp; Roadmap Execution</strong></h3><ul><li>Define and manage product backlog, feature roadmap, and release plans.</li><li>Work closely with Engineering, AI, and Data teams to:<ul><li>Convert workflows into structured product modules</li><li>Define automation + HITL boundaries</li></ul></li><li>Prioritize features based on:<ul><li>Business impact (cost reduction, cycle time)</li><li>Automation feasibility</li><li>Customer demand</li></ul></li><li>Ensure UAT readiness, accuracy validation, and production stability.</li></ul><hr><h3><strong>3. Go-To-Market (GTM) &amp; Product Commercialization</strong></h3><ul><li>Define:<ul><li>ICP (BPOs, shared services, enterprises with high transaction volumes)</li><li>Value proposition (cost savings, accuracy, cycle time reduction)</li></ul></li><li>Build GTM assets:<ul><li>Pitch decks</li><li>Demo flows (before vs after automation)</li><li>ROI narratives</li></ul></li><li>Work with Sales &amp; Marketing to:<ul><li>Drive pipeline</li><li>Support deal conversion</li></ul></li><li>Define pricing, packaging, and onboarding approach.</li></ul><hr><h3><strong>4. Execution Ownership — Delivery &amp; Human-in-the-Loop Operations</strong></h3><ul><li>Lead execution of client implementations and automation rollouts.</li><li>Define and manage HITL workflows, including:<ul><li>Exception handling queues</li><li>Manual validation checkpoints</li><li>Review and escalation processes</li></ul></li><li>Ensure:<ul><li>SLA adherence</li><li>Quality of output</li><li>Operational efficiency</li></ul></li><li>Work with delivery teams to:<ul><li>Monitor execution</li><li>Optimize processes</li><li>Reduce manual effort through learning loops</li></ul></li></ul><hr><h3><strong>5.
