This role is an opportunity to drive complex, cross-functional technology programs in a fast-paced, fully remote environment focused on data-driven solutions and AI-enabled transformation. You will act as the operational and technical backbone across multiple initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination between engineering, product, QA, sales, and client stakeholders. The role blends program management, client ownership, and technical depth, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will oversee end-to-end delivery cycles, from planning and scoping through release and optimization. With exposure to AI/ML-driven workflows and data-centric platforms, you will help streamline processes and improve delivery efficiency. Accountabilities:

  • Lead end-to-end program and project execution across multiple client accounts, including planning, roadmap definition, resource coordination, delivery tracking, and release management to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.
  • Act as the primary coordination point between clients and internal teams such as engineering, product, QA, sales, and vendors, ensuring alignment on requirements, priorities, and execution milestones.
  • Drive AI and automation enablement initiatives by integrating AI/ML tools and workflows into delivery, testing, reporting, and operational processes to improve efficiency.
  • Identify bottlenecks across delivery pipelines and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and best practices to enhance speed and quality.
  • Own stakeholder communication, documentation, and reporting, including project updates, metrics tracking, and structured program governance materials for leadership visibility.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, or account management within a technology-driven environment, with strong exposure to Agile delivery models and cross-functional execution.
  • Solid technical foundation with the ability to understand frontend, backend, cloud, and infrastructure concepts and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
  • Hands-on experience in managing client-facing programs, including requirement gathering, scope definition, delivery tracking, and relationship management.
  • Exposure to AI/ML tools, automation frameworks, or data-driven systems, with a strong interest in adopting emerging technologies in program execution.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, high ownership, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-moving remote environment.
