This is an opportunity to join a rapidly scaling organization and directly influence its expansion in the financial services sector.
Accountabilities:
- Drive new business growth within a defined set of enterprise financial institution accounts, focusing on expansion and long-term strategic value.
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation, close, and account expansion.
- Engage and influence multiple stakeholders including C-level executives, operations leaders, and digital transformation teams.
- Develop and present compelling, data-driven ROI narratives that demonstrate the value of AI-driven banking and customer experience solutions.
- Leverage structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC or Command of the Message) to manage complex deal cycles.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales development, solution engineering, and leadership, to advance strategic opportunities.
- Maintain a disciplined pipeline and accurate forecasting to support predictable revenue growth.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of SaaS sales experience with a strong track record of exceeding quota.
- 3+ years of experience selling into financial institutions or customer experience/contact center software environments.
- Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
- Strong executive communication skills across phone, email, and in-person presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Command of the Message.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Based in or willing to work in Dallas, TX with experience operating in enterprise regional markets.
Benefits:
- Competitive base salary with uncapped commission structure.
- Opportunity to join a high-growth, category-leading AI technology company.
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
- Strong career growth potential within a rapidly expanding enterprise sales organization.
- Exposure to large-scale digital transformation initiatives within the financial services industry.
- Collaborative, performance-driven culture with strong leadership support.
- Remote flexibility with travel as needed for client engagement and enterprise deals.
- Opportunity to work with sophisticated enterprise clients and high-value contracts.
