You will be responsible for engaging prospects through high-volume outbound activity, identifying decision-makers, and guiding them through the full sales cycle from first contact to close. Accountabilities
In this role, you will own the full sales cycle for subscription-based insurance lead solutions, driving both pipeline creation and deal closure through disciplined daily execution.
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (150+ calls per day) to identify and engage insurance decision-makers such as agency owners and sales leaders
- Manage the complete sales process including discovery, solution presentation, objection handling, negotiation, and closing recurring subscription deals
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline while ensuring accurate CRM tracking, follow-ups, and activity reporting
- Leverage phone, email, and messaging channels to create urgency and move prospects efficiently through the funnel
- Consistently meet or exceed activity and revenue targets while maintaining a structured, metrics-driven approach
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve sales effectiveness
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is a driven, competitive sales professional with a strong track record in high-activity, closing-focused environments.
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in inside sales or full-cycle closing roles
- Proven success in short sales cycles and one-call-close or fast-moving sales environments
- Strong ability to prospect at scale, handle objections, and confidently close deals
- Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Close.com, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and professional style
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Coachable mindset with a strong desire to improve, compete, and grow quickly in a performance-based culture
