Rehabilitation Therapist – AI Career Guidance Evaluator

About the Role

What if your years of clinical experience could directly shape how AI mentors the next generation of rehabilitation professionals? We're looking for experienced Rehabilitation Therapists based in New York to help train, evaluate, and improve next-generation AI career guidance systems.

Your real-world expertise in physical therapy, occupational therapy, or related rehabilitation disciplines will ensure AI models deliver accurate, practical, and trustworthy career advice to professionals at every stage of their journey.

What You'll Do

  • Review career-related questions submitted by rehabilitation and therapy professionals at different career stages
  • Write high-quality "golden answers" that reflect expert-level career guidance rooted in real clinical practice
  • Develop objective evaluation rubrics to assess AI-generated career advice for accuracy and usefulness
  • Identify inaccurate, unrealistic, or incomplete recommendations produced by AI systems
  • Contribute your firsthand knowledge of New York's healthcare landscape — including major hospital systems, licensing requirements, and career pathways
  • Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Licensed or experienced Rehabilitation Therapist, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or related healthcare professional
  • Strong understanding of healthcare career progression, clinical licensing (including NY state requirements), and professional development
  • Experience mentoring students, residents, or junior clinicians is highly valued
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to deliver clear, actionable advice
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently to meet quality expectations

Nice to Have

  • Active clinical license in New York State
  • Experience across inpatient, outpatient, or specialized rehabilitation settings
  • Supervisory, preceptorship, or clinical education experience
  • Specialized certifications within rehabilitation disciplines (e.g., neurologic, orthopedic, pediatric)
  • Familiarity with career pathways across large New York healthcare systems or academic medical centers
