About the Role

What if your clinical expertise in rehabilitation could shape how AI counsels thousands of healthcare professionals in their careers? We're looking for experienced Rehabilitation Therapists in the Phoenix metro area to help train, evaluate, and improve next-generation AI career guidance systems.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No prior AI experience needed — just genuine professional depth and a sharp eye for quality advice.

What You'll Do

  • Review career-related questions from rehabilitation and therapy professionals across different career stages
  • Write high-quality "golden answers" grounded in real clinical experience and expert-level career insight
  • Develop objective evaluation rubrics to assess AI-generated career guidance for accuracy and practical value
  • Identify AI recommendations that are inaccurate, incomplete, or unrealistic
  • Draw on your understanding of Arizona's healthcare landscape, licensing requirements, and regional career pathways
  • Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Licensed or experienced Rehabilitation Therapist, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or related professional
  • Solid understanding of healthcare career progression, clinical licensing (including Arizona requirements), and professional development
  • Experience mentoring students, clinical affiliates, or junior clinicians is a strong plus
  • Strong written communication skills — able to give clear, practical, and actionable career guidance
  • Self-motivated and reliable when working independently

Nice to Have

  • Active clinical license in Arizona
  • Experience in inpatient, outpatient, or specialty rehabilitation settings
  • Supervisory, preceptorship, or clinical education background
  • Specialized certifications within rehabilitation disciplines
  • Knowledge of Phoenix's growing healthcare sector and major health systems
