Rehabilitation Therapist – AI Career Guidance Evaluator

About the Role

What if the professional insight you've built over years in rehabilitation could directly improve how AI guides the next generation of therapy professionals? We're looking for experienced Rehabilitation Therapists in the Chicago area to help train, evaluate, and improve next-generation AI career guidance systems.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just deep clinical expertise and a commitment to quality.

What You'll Do

  • Review career-related questions from rehabilitation and therapy professionals at a range of career stages
  • Write high-quality "golden answers" that reflect expert-level, practical career guidance
  • Create objective evaluation rubrics to assess AI-generated career advice for accuracy and completeness
  • Identify recommendations from AI systems that are inaccurate, unrealistic, or incomplete
  • Apply your knowledge of Illinois healthcare systems, licensing, and regional career dynamics
  • Work independently and asynchronously — entirely on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Licensed or experienced Rehabilitation Therapist, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or related healthcare professional
  • Strong understanding of healthcare career progression, clinical licensing (including Illinois requirements), and professional development
  • Experience mentoring students, clinical interns, or junior staff is highly valued
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to give clear, actionable guidance
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working without close supervision

Nice to Have

  • Active clinical license in Illinois
  • Experience across inpatient, outpatient, acute rehabilitation, or specialty settings
  • Supervisory, preceptorship, or clinical teaching experience
  • Specialized certifications within rehabilitation disciplines
  • Familiarity with Chicago's academic medical centers and major healthcare networks
