About the Role

Your professional expertise will ensure that AI models provide accurate, realistic, and genuinely useful career advice to therapy professionals navigating every stage of their careers — from early-career clinicians to seasoned specialists.

What You'll Do

  • Review career-related questions from rehabilitation and therapy professionals at different stages of their careers
  • Write high-quality "golden answers" reflecting expert-level guidance grounded in real clinical and professional experience
  • Build objective evaluation rubrics to assess the accuracy and quality of AI-generated career advice
  • Flag inaccurate, unrealistic, or incomplete AI recommendations
  • Draw on your knowledge of Texas healthcare systems, licensing pathways, and regional career dynamics
  • Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Licensed or experienced Rehabilitation Therapist, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or related professional
  • Solid understanding of healthcare career progression, clinical licensing (including Texas requirements), and professional development pathways
  • Experience mentoring students, clinical interns, or junior colleagues is a strong advantage
  • Excellent written communication skills — able to deliver clear, practical, and actionable advice
  • Self-motivated and reliable when working independently

Nice to Have

  • Active clinical license in Texas
  • Experience in inpatient, outpatient, acute rehabilitation, or specialty therapy settings
  • Supervisory, preceptorship, or clinical education background
  • Specialized certifications in rehabilitation disciplines
  • Awareness of career pathways within Houston's major medical center and healthcare ecosystem
