About the Role
DataAnnotation is seeking Customer Support Specialists to help train and improve next-generation AI systems.
In this role, you will evaluate AI chatbot outputs, assess response quality, and help improve language accuracy, reasoning, and customer-facing communication quality.
This is a fully remote contractor opportunity offering flexible scheduling and project-based work.
Key Responsibilities
AI Evaluation & Review
- Give AI chatbots customer support and communication-related tasks
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for:
- Correctness
- Clarity
- Professional tone
- Grammar and style
- Helpfulness and reasoning quality
- Identify inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and weak responses
Writing & Language Quality
- Assess grammar, tone, and brand voice alignment
- Review outputs for readability and customer-friendly communication
- Apply editing and proofreading skills to improve AI responses
Research & Fact Checking
- Validate factual accuracy of responses when needed
- Perform lightweight research and verification tasks
- Ensure AI outputs align with provided instructions and standards
Required Qualifications
- Native or bilingual English fluency
- Strong written communication skills
- Excellent command of:
- Grammar
- Tone
- Style
- Brand voice
- High attention to detail
- Strong reasoning and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
