English Writer – AI Trainer (Freelance)

About the Role

Mindrift is seeking English Writers to contribute to AI training projects by creating and refining high-quality written content.

In this role, you will help train AI models by producing structured, accurate, and well-reasoned responses that improve language understanding, clarity, and logical consistency.

This is a project-based, fully remote opportunity ideal for strong writers interested in working with AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Create clear, original, and fact-checked responses based on project guidelines
• Ensure consistency with style and quality standards
• Evaluate and refine AI-generated outputs for clarity and correctness
• Collaborate with QA teams to improve content quality
• Contribute to training data that enhances AI reasoning and communication

Ideal Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• At least 1 year of professional or educational experience
• Strong written English (C1–C2 level)
• Attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines
• Reliable internet connection

Work Details

Compensation
