Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and fluent in German.
In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for customers while helping shape and improve customer support processes. You will collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to building a high-quality, scalable support system.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact via telephone hotline
- Handle customer inquiries through phone and email
- Create and process customer orders based on phone requests
- Prepare, review, and adjust customer invoices
- Support implementation of invoice-based payment processes
- Develop and optimize customer service templates and workflows
- Manage special or complex cases in collaboration with logistics teams
- Introduce modern e-commerce support tools and processes
- Analyze customer feedback and service data to identify improvements
- Generate reports and performance analyses
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and logistics teams
Requirements
- Fluent German (spoken and written, professional level)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with high empathy
- Comfortable handling phone-based support
- Reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
- Willingness to learn new tools and processes quickly
- Initial experience in customer service or similar roles preferred
- Team-oriented with strong organizational skills
