Regnology
Regulatory reporting software for banks, insurers and regulators. Frankfurt HQ, about 2,000 staff, owned by Nordic Capital. Remote roles in Poland, Tunisia, Luxembourg and more.
What is Regnology?
Regnology builds regulatory reporting and supervisory technology for the financial sector. Banks and insurers use its software to turn their data into the reports supervisors require, covering areas such as capital, liquidity, statistical and tax reporting, while central banks and supervisors use its platforms to collect and analyse those reports. The company is headquartered in Frankfurt am Main and has been owned by the private equity firm Nordic Capital since 2020. Nordic Capital describes its growth since then from a reporting vendor focused on Germany, Austria and Switzerland into an international platform, helped by acquisitions including VERMEG's RegTech division, AGILE. Nordic Capital names Rob Mackay as Chief Executive Officer. Regnology reported revenue of EUR 350 million for 2025 and employs roughly 1,850 to 2,100 people across more than 30 offices worldwide. Its job board mixes fully remote roles, listed as remote in a named country such as Poland, Tunisia or Luxembourg, with office-based roles in India and Colombia, across engineering, customer support, business analysis and sales.
Mission & values
Help financial institutions and supervisors meet regulatory reporting requirements efficiently, with a connected platform for data and reporting.
Qualifications
Regnology's openings on 17 October 2026 covered software engineering, DevOps and build management, business analysis, customer support and success, and sales. Remote roles were listed by country, for example Senior Build Manager and Senior DevOps Engineer (CI/CD and AI-enabled platform) remote in Poland, Junior Customer Support Specialist remote in Tunisia, and Sales Executive for regulatory reporting remote in Luxembourg. Other roles, such as Senior Software Engineer and several Business Analyst positions in India, and customer support and success roles in Colombia, are tied to an office location. Knowledge of banking regulation or regulatory reporting (for example capital and liquidity reporting under Basel rules) is a strong advantage across almost every role, because customers are banks, insurers and supervisors. Engineering roles call for enterprise software, CI/CD and cloud experience. Support roles for financial risk management need analytical skills and clear written English. Each remote role is limited to the country in its title, so check that before applying.
