LRN
Ethics and compliance training for companies, used by 50M+ employees in 100+ countries. Founded 1994, New York HQ. Remote roles mainly in the Philippines and India.
What is LRN?
LRN provides ethics and compliance training and advisory services to companies. Its online platform and course library cover topics such as anti-bribery, data privacy, harassment prevention and codes of conduct, alongside program management, benchmarking and advice on building an ethical culture. The company says it has educated more than 50 million employees in over 100 countries, and it expanded its library by acquiring Thomson Reuters' compliance learning business. LRN was founded in 1994 by Dov Seidman as Legal Research Network, serving the legal industry, and moved into ethics and compliance education in 1999. Seidman remains Founder and Chairman, and Bob Lemmond is Chief Executive Officer. The company is headquartered in New York, with offices in London, Dublin and India, and has roughly 500 employees. Leeds Equity Partners made a significant investment in LRN in December 2018 and sits on its board. Many of its current openings are in support, professional services and operations roles based in India and the Philippines, a mix of remote, hybrid and on-site work.
Mission & values
Help organizations build ethical cultures where people do the right thing, through education, advice and measurement.
Qualifications
LRN's openings on 17 October 2026 leaned towards customer-facing and operational roles. Remote roles included Technical Support Associates in the Philippines (including a Japanese-speaking role) and an AI-enabled Full Stack Consultant in India. Other roles were hybrid or on site, including a Spanish and English Technical Support Associate (contract, India), a Professional Services Project Lead (contract, India), Technical Account Manager, Billing Associate, IT Manager and a senior professional services manager in India, and a Vice President of People in the United States. Support roles call for strong written and spoken English, and language roles for fluency in Japanese or Spanish, plus patience with learners and administrators who use a training platform. Professional services and account roles involve rolling out training programs for corporate clients, so project management and client-facing experience help. Many LRN roles are on site or hybrid, so check the workplace type in each posting before applying; only the roles marked remote can be done from home.
