You will assess procedural accuracy, documentation quality, and the practical usefulness of AI-generated guidance across common civil legal matters while providing structured feedback that improves next-generation legal AI systems.

This is a flexible remote contract opportunity for experienced legal support professionals who want to apply their civil legal operations expertise to improve AI-powered legal assistance.

Key Responsibilities

Review AI-Generated Legal Guidance

  • Evaluate AI-generated legal guidance for:
    • Procedural correctness
    • Documentation quality
    • Practical usefulness
    • Workflow accuracy

Assess Civil Legal Workflows

  • Review legal scenarios involving:
    • Housing law
    • Family law
    • Consumer debt
    • Bankruptcy

Improve AI Performance

  • Identify:

    • Filing errors
    • Missing procedural steps
    • Incomplete documentation
    • Workflow inconsistencies

  • Provide structured written feedback to improve AI-generated legal guidance.

  • Apply practical legal operations experience to evaluate real-world legal workflows.

Required Qualifications

  • Significant professional experience as a Senior Civil Legal Paralegal or Accredited Representative.

  • Strong knowledge of civil legal procedures.

  • Experience supporting one or more of the following practice areas:

    • Housing law
    • Family law
    • Consumer debt
    • Bankruptcy

  • Excellent written communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications
