Product Review Analyst (AI Training)
About the Role
What if your everyday experience as a shopper and consumer could directly influence how AI recommends products to millions of people? We're looking for Product Review Analysts to evaluate AI-generated product reviews, comparisons, and recommendations — helping ensure that the AI systems people rely on for purchasing decisions are accurate, honest, and genuinely useful.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with a sharp eye for quality and a familiarity with online shopping. No e-commerce or retail background required — just a critical mind and a commitment to doing good work.

What You'll Do
- Read and evaluate AI-generated product reviews, comparisons, and recommendations across a wide range of categories — including electronics, home goods, fashion, and more
- Rate content for accuracy, helpfulness, and natural tone
- Identify misleading claims, fake-sounding language, factual errors, or low-quality outputs
- Provide clear, structured feedback using rating scales and written commentary
- Flag content that feels inauthentic, overly promotional, or potentially deceptive
- Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Familiar with online shopping and how product reviews work in the real world
- Able to spot when content feels off — whether it's inaccurate, unnatural, or misleading
- Detail-oriented with a consistent, systematic approach to evaluation
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No prior AI, retail, or e-commerce experience required
Nice to Have
- Background in writing, editing, journalism, or content creation
- Experience with consumer research, quality assurance, or product testing
- Familiarity with AI tools or content platforms as an end user
- Broad knowledge of product categories across consumer goods
