About the Role
What if your instinct for spotting a fake review or a misleading product claim could directly influence how AI communicates with millions of shoppers? We're looking for Product Review Analysts to evaluate AI-generated product reviews, comparisons, and recommendations — helping ensure the AI systems people rely on for purchase decisions are accurate, honest, and genuinely useful.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone who shops online, reads product reviews, and has a sharp eye for quality. No retail, e-commerce, or AI experience required — just a reliable internet connection and a commitment to doing good work.

What You'll Do
- Read and evaluate AI-generated product reviews, comparisons, and recommendations across a wide range of categories — from electronics and home goods to fashion and beyond
- Assess content for accuracy, helpfulness, natural tone, and overall quality
- Identify misleading claims, fake-sounding language, factual errors, or unhelpful content
- Rate AI outputs using structured evaluation frameworks and written commentary
- Provide clear, actionable feedback that helps AI systems produce better product content
- Work independently on task-based assignments at your own pace and schedule
Who You Are
- Familiar with online shopping and reading product reviews — you know what good looks like
- Naturally detail-oriented with a consistent, methodical approach to evaluation
- Able to judge content quality, authenticity, and usefulness objectively
- Clear and concise written communicator
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No retail, e-commerce, or AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Background in writing, editing, consumer journalism, or content evaluation
- Experience with quality assurance, research, or critical analysis
- Familiarity with AI tools or content platforms as an end user
- Broad knowledge of consumer product categories
