This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with a sharp eye for quality and a nose for content that doesn't quite ring true. No background in retail, e-commerce, or AI is required — just everyday familiarity with online shopping and a commitment to honest, thoughtful evaluation.

What You'll Do

  • Read and evaluate AI-generated product reviews, comparisons, and recommendations across a wide range of categories — from electronics and home goods to fashion, beauty, and more
  • Rate content for accuracy, helpfulness, authenticity, and natural tone
  • Identify misleading claims, exaggerated language, fake-sounding phrases, and factual errors
  • Flag content that could mislead consumers or fails to meet quality standards
  • Provide structured, detailed feedback using rating scales and written commentary
  • Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Familiar with online shopping and product reviews — you know what good (and bad) reviews look like
  • Able to assess content quality and authenticity with a critical, discerning eye
  • Naturally detail-oriented with a consistent, methodical approach to evaluation
  • Clear and concise written communicator
  • Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
  • No prior AI, retail, or e-commerce experience required
