About the Role
What if your eye for quality and experience as a savvy online shopper could directly influence how AI recommends products to millions of people? We're looking for Product Review Analysts to evaluate AI-generated product reviews, comparisons, and recommendations — helping ensure the content is accurate, helpful, and genuinely trustworthy.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with a sharp eye for quality and a solid instinct for what makes a product review useful versus misleading. No e-commerce or retail background required — if you've ever read a product review online and thought "that doesn't seem right," you're exactly who we're looking for.

What You'll Do
- Read and evaluate AI-generated product reviews, descriptions, and head-to-head comparisons across a wide range of categories — electronics, home goods, fashion, and more
- Rate content for accuracy, helpfulness, tone, and overall quality
- Identify misleading claims, fake-sounding language, factual errors, or unnatural phrasing
- Flag content that could confuse or mislead consumers
- Provide clear, structured feedback using rating scales and written commentary
- Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Familiar with online shopping and what makes a product review genuinely useful
- Strong instinct for quality — you can tell the difference between authentic and artificial content
- Detail-oriented and consistent in your approach to evaluation
- Clear written communicator who can explain your reasoning concisely
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No retail, e-commerce, or AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Background in writing, editing, journalism, or consumer advocacy
- Experience with quality assurance, content moderation, or critical analysis
- Familiarity with product review platforms or comparison shopping tools
- Broad knowledge of consumer product categories
