About the Role
What if your curiosity and conversational skills could help make AI smarter, safer, and more helpful for millions of people? We're looking for AI Chatbot Testers to engage with cutting-edge AI systems, probe their limits, and provide the human feedback that drives real improvement.

What You'll Do
- Hold conversations with AI chatbots across a wide range of topics — from everyday questions to complex scenarios
- Evaluate chatbot responses for helpfulness, accuracy, tone, and safety
- Identify issues such as incorrect information, awkward phrasing, inconsistencies, or potential bias
- Push AI systems with creative, edge-case, and challenging prompts to uncover weaknesses
- Submit structured, detailed feedback that directly informs AI improvements
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Naturally curious — you enjoy exploring ideas across many different topics
- Able to evaluate quality objectively and articulate what makes a response good or bad
- Strong written communicator who can express feedback clearly and concisely
- Comfortable working with chat-based digital tools
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No prior AI, technical, or QA experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience in writing, editing, journalism, or content review
- Familiarity with AI tools or chatbot platforms
- A background in critical thinking, research, or evaluation-based work
