About the Role

We're looking for curious, thoughtful people to engage with cutting-edge AI chatbots, evaluate their responses, and provide the human feedback that makes these systems smarter, safer, and more helpful for everyone.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role — work on your schedule, from anywhere.

What You'll Do
- Hold natural conversations with AI chatbots across a wide range of topics — from everyday questions to complex or creative scenarios
- Rate and evaluate chatbot responses for helpfulness, accuracy, tone, and safety
- Spot issues like factual errors, awkward phrasing, bias, or unsafe outputs
- Push AI limits by crafting creative, tricky, or edge-case prompts to expose weaknesses
- Submit clear, structured feedback using guided evaluation forms
- Work independently and asynchronously — no meetings, no micromanagement
Who You Are
- Naturally curious and eager to explore a wide variety of topics in conversation
- Able to evaluate responses objectively and articulate what makes an answer good or bad
- A clear and confident written communicator
- Comfortable navigating chat-based digital interfaces
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No technical background or prior AI experience required — your everyday perspective is exactly what we need
Nice to Have
- Experience in writing, editing, journalism, research, or quality assurance
- Familiarity with AI tools or chatbots (though not required)
- A knack for critical thinking or spotting inconsistencies
