This role is for someone who knows how to use that team to create outsized impact.</div><div>Core Mandate: You own top-of-funnel and use AI to massively extend your capacity and execution velocity.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Role Mandate</strong></div><div>As <strong>Director – Marketing</strong>, you own top-of-funnel growth and sourced pipeline, using AI to exponentially extend your strategic and execution capacity. You are accountable for designing the demand engine, not merely running campaigns.</div><div>You operate at the intersection of strategy, systems, and scale - setting direction, building AI-powered workflows, and ensuring consistent pipeline contribution from priority ICPs.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Success Metrics&nbsp;</strong>measured on:</div><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"><li>10–15 ICP-qualified meetings per month from marketing-led efforts</li><li>5–7 Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) per month</li><li>$1M+ in marketing-sourced pipeline per quarter from target accounts</li></ul><div>Activity is relevant only if it moves these outcomes.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>&nbsp;</strong></div><div><strong>&nbsp;</strong></div><div><strong>Who You Are – An AI-Native Marketing Leader</strong></div><div>You are a demand gen operator who thinks in terms of human + AI, not human vs AI. Concretely, you:</div><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"><li><strong>Architect AI workflows, not prompts</strong><br>You use AI (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) as embedded infrastructure—for market research, account intelligence, message iteration, call synthesis, reporting, and playbook creation.</li><li><strong>Run AI-accelerated ICP &amp; account strategy</strong><br>You combine AI with Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn to identify look-alike accounts from Codvo’s best wins, map buying committees, and prioritize by intent, fit, and signal strength.</li><li><strong>Enable personalization at enterprise scale</strong><br>You turn one strong value proposition into dozens of role-, vertical-, and pain-specific variants while maintaining central positioning integrity.</li><li><strong>Convert data into decisions—fast</strong><br>You feed campaign and pipeline data into AI to diagnose performance shifts, extract insights, and define next experiments with speed and clarity.</li><li><strong>Institutionalize learning</strong><br>You use AI to continuously codify messaging, sequences, objections, ICP insights, and campaign results into living marketing and SDR playbooks.</li><li><strong>Exercise strong judgment on automation boundaries</strong><br>You keep narrative, positioning, and offer strategy human-led while delegating scale, variants, enrichment, and analysis to AI.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></div><div><strong>1. Growth Strategy &amp; Targeting</strong></div><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"><li>Own ICP definition, segmentation, and account prioritization in partnership with Sales and Leadership.</li><li>Build and continuously refresh named-account and look-alike universes using AI and enrichment tools.</li><li>Ensure ≥90% coverage of buying groups and key personas across active target accounts.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>2. Demand &amp; Campaign Leadership</strong></div><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"><li>Design and oversee multi-touch outbound and account-based campaigns (email, LinkedIn, light landing experiences).</li><li>Translate Codvo’s case studies, delivery wins, and IP into scalable demand offers.</li><li>Launch <strong>2–3 meaningful experiments per month</strong> across segment, message, offer, or channel using AI co-pilots.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>3. Sales &amp; Revenue Alignment</strong></div><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"><li>Equip SDRs with AI-assisted account lists, sequences, and messaging that are execution-ready.</li><li>Participate in weekly SDR/AE pipeline reviews focused on meetings, SQLs, and sourced revenue.</li><li>Leverage AI-summarized call notes, objections, and replies to continuously refine targeting and messaging.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>4. Performance, Reporting &amp; Optimization</strong></div><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"><li>Own a simple but rigorous dashboard covering meetings, SQLs, pipeline, and conversion rates.</li><li>Drive structured A/B testing across subject lines, hooks, offers, and cadences.</li><li>Deliver concise weekly leadership updates: <strong>what launched, what it delivered, and what changes next</strong>.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>5. Marketing Ops &amp; AI Infrastructure</strong></div><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"><li>Oversee CRM and marketing automation workflows (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar).</li><li>Ensure clean data hygiene, accurate attribution, UTMs, and campaign tracking.</li><li>Maintain AI-ready data structures for enrichment, scoring, personalization, and analytics.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Experience &amp; Expectations</strong></div><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"><li><strong>12–15 years</strong> in B2B demand generation / growth (services, SaaS, AI,, GIS or data-led businesses experience).</li><li>Demonstrated ownership of <strong>revenue-linked marketing outcomes</strong>, not vanity metrics.</li><li>Hands-on expertise with CRM and marketing automation platforms.</li><li>Strong command of outbound motion, account-based marketing, and pipeline analytics.</li><li>Ability to translate complex AI/data capabilities into compelling, business-led value propositions.</li><li>High ownership mindset: <strong>define → build → execute → measure → refine</strong>, without hand-holding.</li></ul>
