The Small Business Group (SBG) contributes directly to Facebook’s mission by connecting every small business in the world with their customers on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger, and then helping them grow through solutions like pages, advertising, messaging, commerce and many other tools. The SBG Marketing Operations team is looking for a Growth Marketing Analyst to support digital marketing campaign execution. The ideal candidate has experience building marketing journeys in marketing automation systems, is passionate about digital marketing, resourceful, and comfortable delivering high quality work while managing multiple deadlines for campaign execution requests. This person will need to also manage basic debugging within marketing systems to ensure delivery of campaigns effectively. The analyst is expected to manage E2E Campaign execution which includes setup, marketing materials QA, and stakeholder project management. . This includes campaigns across email, FB Ads, and onsite channels. This could also extend to basic landing pages and QA of marketing materials before launch.
This position will be based in Menlo Park, San Francisco, Austin, New York or fully remote.
Growth Marketing Analyst IV Responsibilities
Build and execute marketing campaigns across various channels such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and internal channels
Debug, triage, and identify the right team to resolve the issues
Perform QA of ad creative and landing page content before launch
Drive measurement and performance insights to inform future campaigns.
Efficiently execute assigned tasks to meet SLAs, while delivering high quality work
Identify opportunities for improvement through automation, streamlining processes and reducing campaign issues leveraging technology
Manage campaigns from initiation to completion working closely with operations, creative and data science teams
Manage digital marketing campaign review and QA to ensure communications sent to business customers prior to launch are high quality messages and experience.
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years of marketing experience
1+ years of experience managing Digital Marketing campaigns (Email experience strongly preferred)
Experience with marketing automation tools (SFMC, Responsys, Marketo, etc.)
Proficient/ Functional knowledge of HTML
Proficient/ Functional knowledge of SQL
Ability to understand large digital marketing systems
Experience working with large scale digital marketing campaigns to wide audience sets
Exceptional prioritization and project management skills
Experience with reporting, tracking, and developing campaign insights
Communication and collaboration skills to engage with multiple technical and non-technical stakeholders and different teams to deliver solutions efficiently
Highly motivated, result-oriented self-starter with ambiguity, experience initiating and driving projects
Experience with Small Business landscape and/or online marketing and advertising
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced knowledge of SQL and HTML
Advanced with marketing automation tools (Responsys, Marketo, SFMC, etc.)
Experience building cross functional relationships across a variety of functions to launch projects that drive business value
Knowledge of the digital advertising landscape

The pay range that Tundra in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $50/hour - $60/hour.
