Network & Infrastructure Security Analyst (AI Training)
About the Role
Alignerr partners with the world's leading AI research teams to build and train cutting-edge AI models. We're looking for experienced infrastructure security practitioners to bring their real-world expertise to one of the most impactful frontiers in tech: AI security intelligence.
Your hands-on knowledge of enterprise networks, endpoint defense, and threat analysis will directly shape how AI systems understand, reason about, and respond to security challenges. What You'll Do
- Analyze network, endpoint, and email security scenarios drawn from modern enterprise environments
- Review firewall, EDR, and infrastructure security cases to identify what went wrong and why
- Classify incidents, misconfigurations, and control failures based on real operational data
- Create, label, and validate security training and evaluation datasets used to improve AI systems
- Clearly document root causes, attack paths, and business impact in structured formats
Who You Are
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in network, infrastructure, or endpoint security roles
- Solid familiarity with firewalls, EDR platforms, email security, IAM, SIEMs, and enterprise tooling
- Deep understanding of how real organizations deploy and operate security controls
- Able to explain complex security issues clearly — to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Self-directed and comfortable working asynchronously on task-based assignments
Nice to Have
- Experience with threat hunting, incident response, or red/blue team operations
- Familiarity with frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, or CIS Controls
- Background in security architecture, cloud security, or zero-trust environments
- Prior work contributing to security tooling, documentation, or training programs
