AI / Emerging Tech Security Analyst
About the Role
What if your security expertise could directly shape how the world's most advanced AI systems defend against attack? We're looking for AI Security Analysts to dig into the vulnerabilities of frontier AI models — probing, classifying, and helping close the gaps before bad actors find them first.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for security professionals who are curious about AI and want to work at the cutting edge of a field that's evolving faster than any other in tech.

What You'll Do
- Analyze real-world AI and LLM security scenarios to understand how models behave under adversarial or unexpected conditions
- Review and evaluate cases involving prompt injection, data leakage, model abuse, and system misuse
- Classify security issues by real-world impact and likelihood, and recommend appropriate mitigations
- Help evaluate and improve AI system behavior so it remains safe, reliable, and aligned with security best practices
- Work independently and asynchronously — on your own schedule, at your own pace
Who You Are
- Background in cybersecurity, information security, or a closely related field
- Strong understanding of modern security threat modeling — and genuine curiosity about how it applies to AI
- Analytically sharp and precise when evaluating complex systems and edge cases
- Comfortable working through ambiguous, novel scenarios without a pre-defined playbook
- Self-motivated and consistent when working independently
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with AI or LLM systems — as a developer, researcher, or power user
- Familiarity with adversarial ML concepts, red teaming, or AI safety research
- Background in penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, or security engineering
- Experience evaluating or auditing software systems for risk and compliance
