What You'll Do
- Analyze real-world network, endpoint, and email security scenarios across modern enterprise environments
- Review firewall, EDR, and infrastructure security cases to determine root causes and failure modes
- Classify incidents, misconfigurations, and control failures based on realistic operational data
- Create, label, and validate security training and evaluation datasets used to improve AI systems
- Provide clear, structured explanations of security issues, attack chains, and business impact
Who You Are
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in network, infrastructure, or endpoint security roles
- Solid familiarity with firewalls, EDR platforms, email security, IAM, SIEMs, and enterprise security tooling
- Deep understanding of how real organizations deploy and operate security controls at scale
- Able to clearly communicate technical findings — root causes, impact, and remediation — in plain language
- Self-directed and comfortable working asynchronously on task-based assignments
Nice to Have
- Experience with threat hunting, incident response, or red/blue team operations
- Familiarity with frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, or CIS Controls
- Background in cloud infrastructure security (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Prior experience with AI evaluation or data labeling workflows
