We partner with the world's leading AI research teams and labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models. Right now, we're looking for experienced GRC professionals to help us shape how AI reasons about security policies, compliance frameworks, and risk management.
This isn't a traditional compliance role — it's an opportunity to put your real-world expertise to work on something genuinely new. What You'll Do
- Review and analyze security policies, controls, and procedures to evaluate their accuracy and completeness
- Classify and assess compliance scenarios across frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, and similar standards
- Evaluate risk statements, control mappings, and audit-style documentation
- Generate and validate training and evaluation data that teaches AI systems how GRC reasoning works in practice
- Apply your practitioner perspective to catch errors, gaps, and misclassifications in AI-generated outputs
Who You Are
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in GRC, compliance, or risk management
- Solid working knowledge of at least one major framework — SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, PCI-DSS, or similar
- Comfortable reading, interpreting, and critiquing policy documents, audit reports, and control narratives
- Detail-oriented with clear, precise written reasoning
- Self-directed and able to work independently on asynchronous tasks
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, quality review, or AI evaluation workflows
- Background in information security, internal audit, or enterprise risk
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance environments (HIPAA, GDPR, FedRAMP, etc.)
