We're looking for experienced GRC professionals to help build and evaluate AI systems that reason about security, risk, and compliance. What You'll Do

  • Review, analyze, and evaluate security policies, controls, and procedures for accuracy and completeness
  • Classify and assess real-world compliance scenarios across frameworks such as SOC2, ISO 27001, NIST, and others
  • Evaluate risk statements, control mappings, and audit-style documentation
  • Generate and validate high-quality training and evaluation data used to improve AI reasoning in GRC contexts
  • Provide structured, precise written feedback that helps AI systems learn nuanced compliance logic

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in GRC, compliance, risk management, or information security
  • Solid familiarity with one or more industry frameworks — SOC2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, or similar
  • Comfortable reading and interpreting policy documents, audit reports, and control frameworks
  • Detail-oriented with strong written reasoning and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in an async remote environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or AI evaluation workflows
  • Background in internal audit, third-party risk, or enterprise risk management
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance environments (HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR, etc.)
