Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Analyst (AI Training)
About the Role
We partner with the world's leading AI research teams and labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models. Right now, we're looking for experienced GRC professionals to help us develop high-quality datasets and evaluation frameworks that teach AI systems how to reason about security policy, compliance programs, and risk management.

What You'll Do
- Review and analyze security policies, controls, and compliance procedures to evaluate AI-generated responses
- Classify and assess compliance scenarios involving frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, and more
- Evaluate risk statements, control mappings, and audit-style documentation for accuracy and quality
- Generate and validate training and evaluation data that helps AI reason correctly about GRC topics
- Provide structured, precise written feedback on AI outputs across real-world risk and compliance scenarios
Who You Are
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in GRC, compliance, risk management, or information security
- Familiar with one or more industry frameworks — SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, PCI-DSS, or similar
- Comfortable reading, interpreting, and evaluating policy documents, audit reports, and control frameworks
- Detail-oriented with strong written reasoning and analytical skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in an async, remote environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, data quality review, or AI evaluation workflows
- Background in security auditing, risk consulting, or regulatory compliance
- Familiarity with AI systems or machine learning concepts
