We're looking for experienced real estate agents and brokers in the Miami area to review, evaluate, and improve AI-generated career guidance — ensuring it reflects the real standards, challenges, and opportunities that define a career in real estate.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to experienced real estate professionals. No AI or technology background needed — just deep industry knowledge and strong written communication skills.

What You'll Do

  • Review career questions from real estate professionals at every stage — newly licensed agents, mid-career practitioners, and experienced brokers and team leads
  • Write expert-quality "golden answers" grounded in real career experience, including the specific dynamics of Florida and the broader US real estate landscape
  • Develop clear, objective rubrics to evaluate whether AI-generated career advice is accurate, practical, and genuinely useful
  • Flag AI responses that are misleading, oversimplified, or disconnected from real-world industry experience
  • Apply knowledge across areas such as prospecting strategies, brokerage models, licensing pathways, team growth, and long-term career development
  • Work independently and asynchronously, fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Experienced real estate agent, broker, or real estate professional with substantial practical experience in the field
  • Strong command of real estate career paths — how agents grow, how brokerages operate, what hiring and advancement actually look like
  • Experience mentoring newer agents, leading a team, or advising others in the industry is a meaningful advantage
  • Skilled written communicator who can translate deep expertise into clear, actionable guidance
  • Reliable and self-directed when working independently
  • No prior AI or tech background required

Nice to Have

  • Active or inactive Florida real estate license (sales associate or broker)
  • Experience managing a real estate team, running a brokerage, or training agents
  • Coaching, mentoring, or talent development experience within real estate
  • Knowledge of the South Florida market, Florida licensing, or international buyer dynamics
  • Background in luxury, commercial, or residential investment real estate
