We're looking for experienced Insurance Agents, Brokers, and Producers in the New York area to evaluate and improve AI-generated career advice — ensuring it's accurate, practical, and grounded in real-world industry knowledge.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just deep professional expertise and a sharp eye for quality guidance.

What You'll Do

  • Review career-related questions submitted by insurance professionals at different stages of their careers
  • Write high-quality "golden answers" that reflect expert-level career guidance within the insurance industry
  • Create objective evaluation rubrics used to assess AI-generated career advice
  • Identify inaccurate, unrealistic, or incomplete recommendations generated by AI systems
  • Contribute your real-world industry knowledge to improve AI career coaching capabilities
  • Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Professional experience as an Insurance Agent, Broker, Producer, or Account Executive
  • Strong understanding of insurance sales, client acquisition, policy management, and licensing requirements in the US market
  • Familiar with New York State insurance regulations and market dynamics
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to provide practical, actionable, and realistic career advice
  • Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
  • No prior AI or tech experience required
