We're looking for experienced Insurance Agents, Brokers, and Producers in the Dallas–Fort Worth area to evaluate and improve AI-generated career advice — making sure it's grounded in accurate, practical, and industry-specific knowledge.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just deep professional expertise in insurance and strong written communication skills.

What You'll Do

  • Review career-related questions submitted by insurance professionals at different stages of their careers
  • Write high-quality "golden answers" that reflect expert-level career guidance within the insurance industry
  • Create objective evaluation rubrics to assess AI-generated career advice
  • Identify AI outputs that are inaccurate, unrealistic, or unhelpful for real insurance professionals
  • Apply your knowledge of the Texas insurance market to help improve AI career coaching tools
  • Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Professional experience as an Insurance Agent, Broker, Producer, or Account Executive
  • Strong familiarity with insurance sales, client acquisition, policy management, and Texas Department of Insurance licensing requirements
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Able to provide practical, actionable career guidance rooted in real industry experience
  • Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
  • No prior AI or tech background required
