You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing opportunities within mid-market and enterprise organizations, primarily across technology-driven transformation initiatives.
The role blends consultative selling with deep stakeholder engagement across both business and IT decision-makers.
You will work on complex sales cycles involving consulting, cloud, AI, and enterprise transformation solutions.
It offers strong ownership of the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting to deal closure and account growth.

Accountabilities:
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across enterprise and mid-market clients, with a focus on international markets.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, partnerships, and marketing initiatives.
- Execute account-based selling strategies to drive new customer acquisition and long-term account expansion.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including qualification, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Position and sell technology consulting, digital transformation, implementation, and managed services solutions aligned with client needs.
- Engage senior business and technology stakeholders to understand challenges and define tailored transformation strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (presales, delivery, alliances, and marketing) to design winning proposals and go-to-market strategies.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM updates, pipeline tracking, and provide market and competitive insights to leadership.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue growth.
- Participate in industry events, webinars, and partner programs to strengthen market presence and generate leads.
Requirements:
- 7–10 years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, account management, or technology consulting sales.
- Proven experience selling into international markets, with strong exposure to enterprise sales cycles and consultative selling.
- Experience selling technology consulting or digital transformation services across areas such as Oracle SaaS, Salesforce, Cloud Services, Databricks, AI & Analytics, or enterprise consulting.
- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets and pipeline generation goals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to engage confidently with both technical and business decision-makers.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.
- Experience working in distributed or offshore/onshore delivery environments is preferred.
- Self-driven, proactive, and highly result-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable working remotely across multiple time zones, aligned with business hours as required.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, partner engagements, and industry events when needed.
