This opportunity is seeking advanced Excel professionals with deep Healthcare industry experience to contribute real-world spreadsheet, modeling, reporting, and analytical expertise that improves the quality of AI training data.
The role is designed for professionals who regularly use advanced Excel within healthcare environments such as:

Key Responsibilities
- Help research teams close knowledge gaps and improve AI performance on Excel-based healthcare tasks
- Design realistic healthcare-focused Excel tasks based on professional experience
- Create accurate and well-structured solutions for training data
- Evaluate Excel tasks and solutions for quality and accuracy
- Provide clear written feedback to improve datasets and model performance
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure consistency and domain accuracy
Required Qualifications
Advanced professional-level Excel expertise including:
- XLOOKUP
- INDEX/MATCH
- Dynamic Arrays
- PivotTables
- Data Modeling
- Dashboards
- Power Query
- Power Pivot

Hands-on professional experience using Excel within the Healthcare industry
Availability to contribute at least 20 hours per week during weekdays
