Management & Leadership Instructor (AI Training)
About the Role
We're looking for experienced management and leadership educators to help train the next generation of AI systems. Your expertise in organizational behavior, decision-making, and leadership theory will directly shape how AI understands and reasons through complex management challenges.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your real-world knowledge makes a measurable impact on cutting-edge AI development.

What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy, logic, and realism
- Evaluate AI reasoning across topics like team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design
- Identify flawed assumptions, weak decision logic, or unrealistic recommendations
- Provide clear, structured feedback to improve the quality of AI managerial reasoning
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level
- Strong command of organizational behavior, management theory, and leadership frameworks
- Skilled at evaluating decision-making processes and analyzing complex tradeoffs
- Comfortable reviewing written scenarios and providing precise, actionable feedback
- Self-motivated and reliable — able to meet deadlines without close supervision
Nice to Have
- MBA or Master's degree in Management, Organizational Behavior, or a related field
- Hands-on industry experience in leadership, operations, or consulting
- Familiarity with AI systems or content evaluation workflows
