Management & Leadership Instructor (AI Training)

About the Role

We're looking for experienced management and leadership instructors to help shape how AI systems think about organizations, teams, and decision-making. Your expertise will directly influence the quality of AI reasoning in one of the most complex and consequential domains — human leadership.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your deep knowledge of management theory and organizational behavior becomes the benchmark AI must meet.

What You'll Do

  • Review and evaluate AI-generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy and logical soundness
  • Assess AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design
  • Identify unrealistic assumptions, flawed decision logic, or gaps in management thinking
  • Provide clear, structured feedback that helps AI systems reason more like experienced leaders
  • Work independently and asynchronously — on your schedule, around your existing commitments

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level
  • Strong command of organizational behavior, leadership theory, and management frameworks
  • Skilled at evaluating decision-making quality, tradeoffs, and strategic reasoning
  • Comfortable working through written scenarios and providing detailed analytical feedback
  • Self-directed and reliable in a remote, task-based environment

Nice to Have

  • MBA or Master's degree in Management or a related field
  • Real-world industry experience in leadership, operations, or organizational consulting
  • Prior experience with AI content evaluation, annotation, or related workflows
