The mission -

You'll own one of the fastest-moving parts of Sprinto's sales engine.

Working across the US, Europe, and APAC, you'll take high-intent inbound opportunities from first conversation to closed deal. Every discovery call, demo, and negotiation is an opportunity to help businesses solve real security and compliance challenges while sharpening your own commercial instincts.

This isn't a role where you'll wait for someone else to drive momentum. You'll own your pipeline, make confident decisions, and learn what it takes to consistently close business in a fast-paced SaaS environment. Where You'll Leave Your Mark?

  • Own the entire customer journey - Lead every stage of the sales cycle—from discovery and product demonstrations to negotiation and close—developing the commercial judgment that defines exceptional Account Executives.
  • Turn interest into customer partnerships - Help prospects navigate their security and compliance challenges by understanding their business, tailoring every conversation, and building trust that leads to long-term customer relationships.
  • Build a predictable sales engine - Develop disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and strong sales habits that consistently translate into quota attainment and long-term success.
  • Master the art of modern SaaS selling - Refine your discovery, objection handling, negotiation, and executive communication skills while working across customers in the US, Europe, and APAC.
  • Grow beyond your number - Partner closely with Marketing and Customer Success to create seamless customer experiences, while bringing market insights back to the business to improve how Sprinto sells and serves its customers.
  • Build a career, not just a quota - Every deal you close strengthens the commercial instincts, business acumen, and customer judgment that prepare you for larger accounts and more strategic sales opportunities.

The Kind of Builder We're Looking For -

  • You've spent the last 2–4 years building your sales career in B2B SaaS, Software, or Technology Services, and you're looking for a role where you can own the full sales cycle from discovery to close.
  • You enjoy turning conversations into customer partnerships. You're naturally curious, ask thoughtful questions, and understand that great sales starts with understanding the customer's business—not delivering the perfect pitch.
  • You've built pipeline through outbound prospecting and know that the best Account Executives don't simply rely on inbound—they know how to create opportunities when needed.
  • You've managed customers across APAC, EMEA, or the US, and enjoy adapting your approach to different markets, buyer expectations, and business cultures.
  • You're motivated by targets but driven by improvement. Every deal, every objection, and every customer conversation is an opportunity to become a stronger seller.
  • You bring discipline to your pipeline, forecast, and follow-through because you know consistency—not occasional wins—is what builds a successful sales career.
  • You communicate with confidence, whether you're speaking with first-time evaluators or senior decision-makers, and enjoy simplifying complex ideas into clear business value.
