Job description
Mercor is seeking US-based business owners and administrators who actively use Google Chat within their organizations to contribute to an AI training and evaluation initiative.
This project focuses on helping improve AI systems using real-world enterprise communication environments and collaboration workflows.
Applicants must actively manage or own a verified Google Business Profile (GBP) and regularly use Google Chat for internal business communication.
Core Requirement — Profile Ownership
Applicants must:
- Be active owners or administrators of a verified Google Business Profile (GBP)
- Regularly use Google Chat within their business operations
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet all of the following requirements:
Based in the United States
English-speaking
Minimum of 500 internal messages across:
- Direct messages
- Google Chat Spaces
At least 10 employees actively using Google Chat
Less than 10% of total messages may come from the past month
Project Focus
Contributors help provide realistic communication and collaboration environments that support:
- AI training
- Enterprise workflow modeling
- Communication pattern analysis
- AI evaluation systems
Compensation
- One-time payment opportunity
- Compensation available up to $10,000
- Listing displays an estimated equivalent rate of $120/hour
Contract & Payment Terms
- Independent contractor engagement
- Fully remote work
- Flexible schedule
- Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded depending on business needs and performance
- Weekly payments through Stripe or Wise
- Work will not involve sharing confidential employer or client information
