What You'll Do
- Evaluate AI-generated clinical content and informatics outputs for accuracy, safety, and real-world applicability
- Apply your nursing and EHR knowledge to identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic workflows in AI responses
- Translate frontline nursing experience into structured, actionable feedback that improves AI model quality
- Review and assess clinical documentation, EHR workflows, and health IT scenarios generated by AI systems
- Provide expert judgment on patient care processes, documentation standards, and informatics best practices
- Work independently and asynchronously — on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical professional with hands-on nursing experience
- Familiar with EHR platforms such as Epic, Cerner, or similar clinical documentation systems
- Able to critically evaluate clinical workflows and identify what's realistic vs. what isn't
- Strong written communication skills — you can explain your reasoning clearly and concisely
- Detail-oriented and consistent when working through structured tasks
- No prior AI experience required — your clinical expertise is what matters
Nice to Have
- Background in clinical informatics, health IT, or nursing leadership
- Experience with data annotation, quality assurance, or clinical auditing
- Familiarity with clinical documentation standards (e.g., SNOMED, HL7, ICD coding)
- Prior work in telehealth, digital health, or remote nursing roles
