About the Role

Welo Data is seeking Polish Audio Annotation Verifiers to perform quality assurance on transcription data for a leading voice AI platform.

In this role, you will review and validate transcription outputs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project guidelines before data is used in AI training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review transcriptions for accuracy and guideline compliance
  • Approve or reject outputs with clear written feedback
  • Identify errors in punctuation, formatting, and audio labeling
  • Provide constructive feedback to improve annotator performance
  • Detect recurring issues and escalate systemic problems

Requirements

  • Native or near-native Polish proficiency
  • Strong grammar and writing skills
  • Prior experience in transcription QA, editing, or review
  • High attention to detail and critical thinking
  • Ability to provide clear written feedback

Work Details

  • Remote (Poland-based applicants only)
  • Freelance / project-based
  • 10–20 hours per week
  • Duration: ~3–6 weeks
