About the Role
We are seeking a Manager, AI Programs & Sales Enablement to bridge the gap between AI capabilities and enterprise sales execution.
In this role, you will translate complex AI solutions into clear, compelling sales strategies and enable teams to win high-value enterprise deals.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Enablement
- Translate AI capabilities into sales narratives and materials
- Develop sales plays, executive decks, and solution briefs
- Equip sales teams to sell complex AI offerings
Program Management
- Support strategic deals and coordinate cross-functional inputs
- Structure proposals and presentations
- Act as a lead coordinator for enterprise opportunities
GTM Strategy
- Develop industry-specific sales plays and messaging
- Identify ICP segments and opportunity patterns
- Refine positioning based on market feedback
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with AI product and delivery teams
- Align technical capabilities with commercial strategy
- Ensure consistency between sales and delivery
Requirements
- 5–10+ years experience in consulting, strategy, or GTM roles
- Background in top-tier consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or equivalent
- Strong understanding of AI, data platforms, or GenAI
- Experience working with enterprise clients
- Strong communication and storytelling skills

Compensation
- $150,000 – $170,000/year
- Based on experience and qualifications
