About the Role
We are seeking Medical Experts across multiple specialties to support AI model training in clinical reasoning and patient care.
In this role, you will design clinical scenarios, evaluate AI outputs, and provide expert feedback to improve healthcare-focused AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design realistic clinical scenarios (diagnosis, treatment, risk assessment)
- Write high-quality reference responses ("gold standard")
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs using structured rubrics
- Provide detailed, evidence-based feedback
- Participate in calibration sessions and team discussions

Requirements

Compensation
