Role Overview
Cincinnatus LLC is seeking experienced Healthcare Experts to support AI research and development by evaluating healthcare content and improving how AI systems understand clinical concepts. In this fully remote W-2 contingent role, you will apply your real-world medical expertise to review AI-generated content, answer domain-specific questions, and provide expert feedback that enhances the quality and reliability of healthcare AI.
This flexible, part-time opportunity is ideal for licensed physicians with broad clinical experience who are comfortable working with medical literature, clinical guidelines, and modern AI tools.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate Healthcare Content
- Review AI-generated responses and written healthcare content for clinical accuracy and quality.
- Assess medical reasoning using evidence-based standards and professional judgment.
- Identify inaccuracies and provide constructive recommendations.
Provide Clinical Expertise
- Answer healthcare-related questions within your area of expertise.
- Deliver clear, well-supported explanations based on clinical experience.
- Share insights into real-world healthcare workflows, tools, and best practices.
Support AI Development
- Recommend relevant medical references and supporting literature.
- Help improve AI understanding of healthcare concepts through structured feedback.
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts across multiple disciplines.
Required Qualifications
Licensed Medical Doctor (MD).
At least 2 years of professional clinical experience.
Broad clinical experience preferred over a narrow subspecialty.
Comfortable using:
- Clinical guidelines
- Medical literature
- UpToDate
- PubMed
- Published medical research
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms.
Professional working proficiency in English.
Based in the United States.
Able to commit approximately 10 hours per week.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience teaching or training healthcare professionals.
Experience supervising medical residents.
Continuing Medical Education (CME) instruction or other medical education experience.
Compensation
- $90–$100 per hour
