Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Project Manager to serve as the operational lead for end-to-end launch readiness within a cloud and technology solutions business planning team. In this role, you will partner closely with Business Planners and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure product launches are fully prepared, operationally compliant, and delivered on schedule. You will manage 15 or more concurrent launches across overlapping release cycles, balancing competing priorities while proactively identifying risks, resolving blockers, and maintaining rigorous documentation standards. This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role that requires someone who thrives in ambiguous environments and brings strong operational discipline to complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end launch operations for a cloud applications portfolio, including launches on associated platforms and paper processes
- Create and maintain Launch Readiness Templates (LRTs) and build and update MLC cards based on business requirements
- Partner with Business Planners to validate launch scenarios, pricing, and required operational documentation
- Coordinate with Engineering, Vendor Operations, Finance, Pricing, and Product teams to resolve launch blockers and dependencies
- Track approvals and follow up with stakeholders to keep launches on schedule throughout the monthly launch cadence
- Review active launches and upcoming milestones daily to ensure readiness activities are progressing
- Identify operational risks and drive issues to resolution in a timely manner
- Support multiple concurrent launches simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and compliance with established launch processes
- Coordinate projects and create detailed plans to accomplish goals and direct the integration of technical activities
- Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to internal stakeholders and clients
- Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to plan and assess the feasibility of projects
- Help create and maintain meters that track product and service usage
- Ensure all team members and stakeholders are well informed of project status and blockers
- Provide general project management support to the broader business planning team as bandwidth permits
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience managing product launches end-to-end
- Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience managing multiple stakeholders across cross-functional teams
- Minimum 4 years of experience working in the technology industry, preferably at a large enterprise technology company
- Background in operations or the tech industry is required; candidates without this background will not be considered
- Experience with Azure Commerce and cloud product launch processes is strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- PMI or PMP certification preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and prioritize effectively under pressure
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and adapting quickly to shifting priorities in a large enterprise environment
- Solid understanding of launch management processes and operational readiness frameworks
- Knowledge of business and management principles including strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods
- Familiarity with cloud commerce concepts and pricing and packaging models preferred
- Azure Commerce and launch process experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with productivity and project management tools such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio

- Pay Range*: $34.50 - $39.50 per hour
- Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
- Job Status: Non-Exempt
