Technical Project Manager IV

The Marketing Analytics and Operations team at Meta is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our Creative Activation team.

As a Technical Program Manager you will play a crucial role in building and supporting high performing cross-functional teams. These teams operate with a high degree of technical expertise, a rigorous business focus, and an agile delivery mindset.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Defining and maintaining strong collaborative operating rhythms
• Guiding roadmap planning, including quarterly revisions
• Contributing to functional and technical strategy, and setting team priorities
• Helping break down work into actionable tasks and ensuring sufficient scoped work is ready
• Unblocking work and resolving team impediments
• Tracking project progress, deliverables, and milestones
• Coordinating and managing dependencies across teams and functions
• Organizing and maintaining project information and documentation
• Providing regular stakeholder updates on timelines, status, and risks

Additionally, you will be responsible for helping showcase MarTech capabilities, coordinating training, and developing documentation and new processes that reduce workload and increase clarity with a single source of truth for the SAO organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, technical program management, or related fields
• Strong technical acumen and understanding of software development processes and best practices
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finish
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to solve complex challenges
• Self-starter with a bias towards action and a passion for driving results

The pay range that Tundra in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $105/hour – $115/hour.
