What this job can offer you
Remote Embedded is one of Remote’s fastest growing programs — and this role is a chance to help shape what “great” partner marketing looks like as we scale our most strategic and exciting embedded partnerships.
As our Senior Partner Marketing Manager, US (P4), you will own the end-to-end partner marketing strategy and execution for a core set of US-based, high-impact strategic embedded partners — with a mandate to drive measurable partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
This role exists because our partner commitments and budgets are scaling faster than current capacity. You’ll take ownership of:
- Launch execution and post-launch momentum, including sustained multi-channel embedding (marketplace, in-product, field activation, nurture, and ongoing joint campaigns)
- New partner onboarding and launch support, including network-to-market activation and embedded demand gen
- Scaling co-marketing programs and pipeline impact through joint planning, enablement, and integrated campaigns
You will sit at the intersection of Partnerships, Sales, and Marketing, and will partner closely with Partner Managers, Embedded Sales, Field/Regional Marketing, Lifecycle, Brand, Content, Growth/Performance Marketing, and Marketing Analytics.
What you bring
Experience
- 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with deep experience in partner / ecosystem / channel / field marketing
- Proven track record owning partner GTM programs that drive pipeline outcomes (not only activity)
- Experience running complex, multi-stakeholder partner launches and post-launch growth programs
- Strong experience building integrated programs across channels (events/field, email/lifecycle, content, paid, social, web)
- Confidence managing partner marketing budgets, MDF/co-funding, and ROI reporting
- Strong operational rigor: planning, prioritization, and program governance across multiple partners
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to build joint partner marketing plans tied to commercial goals and seller motions
- Experience collaborating with Sales leadership and partner stakeholders on execution and follow-through
- Strong measurement mindset: ability to define KPIs, reporting, and optimisation loops with Marketing Analytics and RevOps
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity, setting direction, and driving decisions across teams
- Experience with marketing and sales tooling (e.g., Salesforce; marketing automation; reporting dashboards)
- Preferred:
- Experience managing and creating partner event sponsorships (e.g., conferences, field activations, partner-hosted events) including budgeting, activation planning, and ROI measurement
- Partner marketing experience with complex, enterprise-level HR organizations (e.g., large HRIS / payroll / benefits ecosystems) and the ability to drive internal stakeholder engagement inside those partner orgs
Ways of working:
- Operates with high autonomy; sets the approach and standards for a significant surface area
- Leads cross-functional programs with senior stakeholders; drives alignment through clarity, not consensus
- Uses data + insight to make prioritization trade-offs and to course-correct quickly
- Builds scalable playbooks and systems that other partner marketers can reuse
Key responsibilities
1) Own partner marketing strategy & execution (strategic embedded partners)
- Build and run annual/quarterly joint GTM plans per partner, including goals, audience, messaging, channels, and success metrics
- Translate partner objectives into an execution roadmap across Remote marketing motions
- Drive weekly execution cadence and partner comms; remove blockers and maintain momentum
2) Drive internal partner-team engagement & activation
- Create targeted engagement programs for internal partner teams (e.g., seller enablement, leadership touchpoints, field activations, and internal campaigns) to make Remote the default and preferred global HR solution across their ecosystem
- Increase Remote brand recognition and preference inside partner organizations through sustained, repeatable activation motions and clear value messaging
3) Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline
- Design and execute integrated campaigns (webinars, content, email/lifecycle, events, landing pages, marketplace/in-product placements, and paid amplification where relevant)
- Integrate partners into Remote’s ABM, field activation, and demand-gen motions in the US
- Define reporting and optimisation loops; identify drivers vs diluters and reallocate effort accordingly
4) Post-launch momentum & channel embedding
- Own the post-launch plan so launches don’t become one-time moments
- Proactively place Remote inside partner channels (partner comms, marketplaces, in-product, seller enablement, partner events)
- Build repeatable “embedding” playbooks that scale beyond a single partner
5) Partner enablement & co-sell readiness
- Create and maintain partner enablement toolkits: messaging, campaign kits, sales collateral, field activation packs, and GTM calendars
- Partner with Sales Enablement to ensure sellers know how to position, qualify, and progress partner-related opportunities
6) Operating model, budget & stakeholder management
- Own program governance: plans, timelines, briefs, approvals, and retrospectives
- Manage budget and ROI reporting for partner marketing activities and events
- Coordinate across partner stakeholders and internal teams to ensure delivery quality and brand consistency
Success in this role
Within the first 90 days, you will have:
- Established joint GTM plans for your strategic embedded partners with clear goals, calendar, and measurement
- Delivered an executable post-launch momentum plan for a priority partner, including nurture + embedding motions
- Implemented a clean reporting cadence for partner-sourced and partner-influenced impact
Over 6–12 months, success will be measured by:
- Growth in partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and improved conversion through the funnel
- Increased partner channel penetration (marketplace/in-product placements, joint comms, partner event presence)
- Repeatable partner marketing playbooks that scale programs beyond a single person
- Strong partner and Sales satisfaction with program quality, speed, and outcomes
