Role Overview
Turing is seeking a Business Analyst (Italian) to help improve next-generation large language models (LLMs) by creating high-quality analytical training data. In this remote contract role, you will solve reasoning challenges, evaluate AI-generated responses, and develop realistic analytical scenarios that enhance the performance of advanced AI systems.

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate & Annotate Data
- Review, label, classify, and validate data according to project guidelines.
- Ensure assigned work meets high standards of accuracy, consistency, and quality.
- Identify edge cases, discrepancies, and annotation issues.
- Escalate complex or ambiguous cases when appropriate.
Improve AI Reasoning
- Answer analytical and logical reasoning questions to improve LLM capabilities.
- Create realistic business scenarios that help train AI models.
- Evaluate AI-generated responses and provide accurate answers with clear explanations.
Quality Assurance
- Perform quality checks on completed work.
- Deliver clear, constructive, and actionable feedback.
- Meet productivity and quality targets while working independently.
Remote Collaboration
- Work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Maintain approximately four hours of overlap with the UTC-8 (America/Los_Angeles) time zone.
- Contribute to cutting-edge AI research and model development projects.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in both Italian and English.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Ability to provide detailed annotations and constructive feedback.
- Excellent logical reasoning and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Able to commit to 40 hours per week for a 1-week engagement, with a 4-hour daily overlap with UTC-8 (America/Los_Angeles).
- Desktop or laptop with a reliable internet connection.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent practical experience) in engineering, literature, journalism, communications, arts, statistics, or a related field.
- Professional experience as a business analyst, research analyst, copywriter, journalist, technical writer, editor, or translator.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, data interpretation, logical reasoning, and basic arithmetic.
