Role Mission

Build the intelligence backbone that powers Sprinto's outbound engine, surfacing the right accounts, contacts, and market signals so sales and growth can turn them into pipeline.

Where You'll Leave Your Mark

• Map markets and industries to pinpoint the accounts that matter, giving the team a clear line of sight into where to focus.
• Build and maintain a strong contact database spanning geographies and industries, complete with verified details, so SDRs never run short on outreach fuel.
• Fuel SDR campaigns with targeted, high quality databases that convert into conversations.
• Own monthly and quarterly research targets and hit them consistently.
• Map Sprinto's offerings to each target market's characteristics, so outreach speaks directly to what that segment actually needs.
• Proactively hunt for new accounts and niche contacts in focus regions.
• Partner closely with sales and growth to stay ahead of evolving research needs.
• Report on database output and health, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.

The Kind of Builder We're Looking For

• 2.5 to 6 years of relevant experience.
• Solid grounding in both primary and secondary research.
• Hands on experience with tools like Excel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, RocketReach, Lusha, Traxcn, HubSpot, or Outplay.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• A builder's mindset: curious, willing to learn, with a proven track record of delivering results.
