About Turing
Turing is seeking a Business Account Rater (Korean) to participate in an AI personalization evaluation project for professional users. In this remote contractor role, you will use your primary Google Workspace (Corporate Gmail) account to evaluate how effectively AI-generated responses leverage business email history to deliver relevant, accurate, and personalized assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated responses based on your professional email history and business account activity
- Assess whether responses are relevant, accurate, helpful, and properly personalized
- Compare multiple AI-generated responses to determine which provides the best overall user experience
- Identify issues including incorrect personalization, unsupported assumptions, irrelevant recommendations
- Deliver clear, detailed, and well-reasoned evaluation feedback
- Protect sensitive business information throughout the evaluation process
Required Qualifications
- Native-level proficiency in Korean
- Must currently reside outside the United States
- Active Google Workspace (Corporate Gmail) account used regularly for professional communication
- Gmail display language set to Korean
- Business inbox containing approximately 1,000+ emails with regular activity, primarily in Korean
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Work Arrangement
- Remote, Contract (3-4 months)
- 4-40 hours/week
- 4 hours overlap with Pacific Standard Time (PST)
