Salary Range:

$97,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year.

  • Qualifications Summary

    You will be the primary driver for regional and global initiatives, ensuring that Training, Design, and Technical Writing teams are perfectly aligned with client goals. You will act as the vital link between our clients and our internal teams, ensuring that project milestones are met and operational readiness is achieved. By collaborating with SMEs and engineering leads, you will translate complex requirements into clear project roadmaps that empower our support teams in the Philippines and abroad.

    Responsibilities:

    • Project Lifecycle Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects of moderate to high complexity, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements.
    • Content & Training Integration: Specifically oversee the workflow for Training & Design and Technical Publications, ensuring that instructional materials and technical docs are delivered in sync with product updates.
    • Strategic Change Management: Act as the lead for organizational or process changes, ensuring all internal teams and client stakeholders are aligned and risks are mitigated.
    • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Serve as the central hub between Training, Tech Writing, and Engineering, ensuring project dependencies are managed and resources are optimized.
    • Client Advocacy: Act as a primary client-facing contact, translating high-level business goals into actionable project plans and providing transparent updates.
    • Reporting & Governance: Monitor project health via KPIs and credible metrics, providing well-reasoned analysis and status reports to global leadership.

    Must Haves:

    • BPO Mastery: 5+ years of Project Management experience within a fast-paced, dynamic BPO environment. You must be comfortable with "rapid-response" shifts and high-volume delivery.
    • PMO or  PMO Certification 
    • Specialized Project Oversight: Proven track record of managing projects specifically within Training & Design or Technical Writing Publications workstreams. You understand the unique timelines associated with content development.
    • Elite Communication: Outstanding English proficiency (both written and oral).
    • Technical Literacy: 5+ years working in a technical field; ability to break down complex technical subjects and present them clearly to both SMEs and non-technical stakeholders.
    • People & Performance Management: Experience evaluating team performance, including conducting quarterly reviews and driving team growth in a high-pressure setting.
    • Agility & Independence: Proven ability to hit deadlines for multiple projects at once and thrive in ambiguity. You can self-manage with minimal guidance and proactively solve blockers.
    • Stakeholder Influence: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage international client relationships and navigate high-stakes business requirements.

Work Flexibility & Additional Duties

This role demands significant adaptability. Although the main focus is investigations, the scope of responsibilities is subject to change based on the organization's evolving needs. The individual in this position must be prepared to transition to other HR Generalist duties or undertake special projects assigned by leadership.
