Designer IV
Job description
At Meta, we're looking for a meticulous Production Designer to join the Meta One Subscriptions Creative Program to prepare, finalize, and hand off every asset the program ships, error-free.

You'll bring rigor, organization, and care for the details that protect craft at scale, and are fluent with AI-powered tools as a regular part of the modern creative pipeline. And you'll collaborate closely with product design, content design, design ops, engineering and our cross-app brand and creative partners.
Responsibilities
Production & File Prep
● Prepare, optimize, and finalize production-ready files across all program surfaces (paywalls, QPs and feed formats, benefits and feature creative)
● Ensure every asset meets spec (dimensions, formats, naming, resolution, and localization-readiness) with zero errors
● Maintain organized, version-controlled asset libraries and handoff packages
● Use AI-powered tools to streamline repetitive production tasks where they help
Engineering Handoff & QA
● Own clean, complete handoff to engineering and QA implementation so shipped work matches design intent
● Catch and resolve discrepancies before they reach production
● Partner with engineering on specs, redlines, and asset requirements
Cross-Functional Partnership
● Work with the Art Director, Visual Designer, and Producer to take work from approved design to shipped asset
● Partner closely with XMVS to cross-pollinate and amplify shared foundations, ensuring visual styles and systems are mutually leveraged across a broader range of the CPD portfolio
Process & Consistency
● Keep production workflows tight and repeatable across high-volume cycles
● Flag and fix systemic file and spec issues, contributing templates and standards
● Build out repeatable processes and capture them in playbooks and templates so the work can scale and be reproduced consistently across cycles
● Support the Producer in keeping the production line moving at test-cycle pace
Qualifications
● 4-6+ years of production design experience across digital channels, product, or brand creative
● Strong attention to detail and a track record of error-free, spec-compliant delivery
● Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, with comfort in file prep, redlining, and asset optimization
● Experience with engineering handoff and design-to-build QA
● Familiarity with localization and multi-format, multi-surface asset production
● Highly organized, process-minded, and able to manage high volume without losing accuracy
● Collaborative and responsive in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
